These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Mapons (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Mapons is an iOS app that lets you create map workspaces from your geographic and spreadsheet data. Features include map layers, pin management, route building, AI-powered analysis, bulk WhatsApp messaging, and optional cloud backup.
You may use Mapons for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for:
Optional cloud backup requires signing in with an email or social provider. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at contact@mapons.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Mapons is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.
Map data, routes, contour results, and location outputs are provided for convenience only and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Do not rely on Mapons for emergency navigation, safety-critical decisions, or legally binding determinations.
AI-generated content produced by the Analyst feature may be incorrect, incomplete, or outdated. You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating AI outputs before acting on them.
When using the WhatsApp bulk messaging feature, you agree to:

Mapons and its original code, design, and content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and are the property of their respective owners. You retain full ownership of the data you import and create. We claim no rights over your map content.
We may suspend or terminate your access to cloud features for violations of these Terms or to protect the integrity of the service. You may stop using the App and delete your data at any time.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mapons and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mapons and its owner from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your data, or your violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms periodically. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
